So to deal with this crisis and challenges, Prime Minister Imran Khan has started an income scheme for disabled persons. Now they can get 2000 PKR as a monthly stipend to fulfill their needs.

1. Go to any ATM of HBL and enter your ID card number.
2. The machine will show you your name and other details like your account details.

Who is Eligible for Ehsaas Humqadam Program 8123?

No matter if a person is disabled, he/she still needs to pass the tests to qualify for this monthly grant. To make this program transparent and free from corruption, the government has added so many tests and securities. So if a person wants to apply for 2000 PKR monthly, he needs to provide it that he deserves. Here are the eligibility criteria:

• The person has to take the Proxy Means Test (PMT) and his/her PMT score should be equal to or below 30.
• The PMT score test is done by the Socio-economic Registry (NSER) which is also used to check the eligibility of the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP).
• To be eligible for the Ehsaas Humqadam program, individuals must possess a special CNIC/B form issued by NADRA.

Once you pass all the tests, you can apply for this program. However, there are some steps that the government will take further like biometric verification and completion of the know your customer (KYC) procedure. After the completion of these tests, you will be granted the money on a quarterly basis.

2. On the homepage of the 8123 portal, you will see a blue banner with the text “Are you Eligible?”. Click on it.
3. Here you will see text written in Urdu “پنجاب سوشل پروٹیکشن اتھارٹی کے پروگراموں میں اھلیت جاننے کے لیے اپنا قومی شناختی کارڈ نمبر فراہم کریں۔”
4. So enter your CNIC number and the code inside the picture.
5. Now click on the “Check Eligibility” button.

Your registration request will be sent to the authorities and you will soon get a confirmation message on your mobile number.
